Ester Rada (36) is an Israeli-born singer and actress whose family came from Ethiopia. Her music career started during her military service: She sang Israeli pop songs for an IDF band. After the 2013 release of her acclaimed first EP, Life Happens, and the 2014 release of her first full album, Ester Rada, Rada started to gain worldwide popularity on a tour across Europe, the United States, and Canada.
